Help, I can't add or remove family members!

This issue usually happens, when someone removes your administrator rights (usually another administrator in your family). Only administrators have the rights in your family to change this status, therefore pick carefully who do you give these rights to!

I forgot my password, how can I reset it?

Simply go to the login screen, enter your email and type in a wrong password. You will be prompted that your password is invalid and there wil be an option to resend it to your email account.

The application crashes and my device meets minimum system requirements.
